Questions

Q.1:

Muslims, Does all truth in Islam filter through Muhammad? Muhammad-Qu'ran
Muhammad- Qu'ran-words of the prophets
All Prophet before Muhammed corrupted word
No prophets after Muhammad
No scriptutre before Muhammad
No scripture after Muhammad
No words of the prophets before Muhammad
No prophets after Muhammad.
Did Allah exist before Muhammad?
Did Muhammed invent Allah?
Allah can only speak through Muhammed?
Is their one truth in all of Islam that was not filtered through Muhammad?
This question is located here: http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index;_ylt=Aoaz_YR59mwBt8qNbYUopErty6IX;_ylv=3?qid=20070120082936AAFYTA8   My Response: This Trinitarian does not understand that Muhammad (pbuh) is the Messenger of Allah….. He could not read nor write…. People of Makkah knew him as they know their children…… They knew he could not have written something that good…. Say thou (O Muhummed to the people): "I am but a man like you: it is revealed to me by inspiration, that your God is One God: so stand true to Him, and ask for His forgiveness". And woe to those who join gods with God. (HOLY QURAN 41:6) Allah existed before Muhammad (pbuh) came….. This is funny because the absurd “Trinity” is nowhere in the old testament… We believe in every Prophet that came before Muhammad (pbuh)….. We believe in every book that was revealed TO the Prophets…. We do not believe The Bible as the word of God as it has so many authors who claim that they were inspired by God…. Show us the Gospel of Jesus then we will talk….     Q.2: Is Muhammed greater than Allah?   All scripture and prophesies before Muahmmed are corrupt unless they agree with the Qu'ran that was given to Muhammed. No prophets will come after Muhammed. Muhammed is not anounced by God and only bears record of himself.Allah can not speak only what comes from Muahmmed and with Muhammed dead Allah must shut up....Isnt Muhammed greater than Allah if Allah can only speak through him and now he is dead? This question is located here: http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index;_ylt=Ag9aXorZEgeBDMEHmv7tS.vty6IX;_ylv=3?qid=20070117064902AAAZNqd   My Response: As I have shown in the above question that Muhammad (pbuh) is a Messenger Of Allah Say thou (O Muhummed to the people): "I am but a man like you: it is revealed to me by inspiration, that your God is One God: so stand true to Him, and ask for His forgiveness". And woe to those who join gods with God. (HOLY QURAN 41:6) Which Prophesies is he talking about?? Jesus Christ prophesized that the world was going to end 2000 years ago!! "Verily I say unto you, that this generation shall not pass, till all these things be done.  (From the King James Version Bible, Mark 13:30)"

"Verily I say to you, that this generation may not pass away till all these things may come to pass;  (Young's Literal Translation, Mark 13:30)"

His generation was to witness the end of times….. I think there great grand children would have died waiting for Jesus’ second coming…… “Isnt Muhammed greater than Allah if Allah can only speak through him and now he is dead?” Allah spoke through the revelations to every Messenger of Allah including Jesus Christ…. If you are thinking that the Holy spirit is with Christians and it is God then what about those Christians who get drunk, commit incest and rape???     Q.3: Who are the people of the book? Jews and Christians? Why is Allah agreeing with our revelation?   If Allah thought the revelation was rewritten and corrupted why would he agree with it? If you say only before it was corrupt why is he telling you to tell these people you agree with our revelation? Surely Allah like the Christian God is all knowing after all he says Your God is my God. 6:114-115 says this book is his and he handed it to Moses and his word can not be changed. If Allah is all knowing would he not foreknow what corruption would happen to his word and tell his people he was not in agreement with this revelation? Surely Allah was never in agreement with corrupt scripture? So who are these people of the book and where is this book now and these people? and why did he not mention that they would disappear because he is very misleading to call it all holy and good knowing that it would be corrupt and asking his people to agree with it..Guidence and light we agree with your revelation..seems to be a contradiction to say all of this about a corrupt book.   This question is located here: http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index;_ylt=Asz7acj.jNSFkFObVpbL7nbty6IX;_ylv=3?qid=20070111042800AAAFxfM

My Response:

First let me quote the Holy Quran:

"Say: 'O People of the Book (i.e., Jews and Christians)!  Come to common terms as between us and you:  That we worship none but Allah; that we associate no partners with Him; that we erect not, from among ourselves, Lords and patrons other than Allah.'  If then they turn back, say ye: 'Bear witness that we (at least) are Muslims (bowing to Allah's Will).'  (The Noble Quran, 3:64)"

Your God is my God….

That is a correct statement…..

Even Bible agrees with Quran in this issue:

I, even I, am the Lord; and beside me there is no saviour."
[Isaiah 43:11]

"I am Lord, and there is none else, there is no God besides me."
[, Isaiah 45:5]

"I am God, and there is none else; I am God, and there is none like me."
[Isaiah 46:9]

Allah never tells us in Quran that “The present Bible is the word of God”…..

He talks about the book that was revealed TO Jesus Christ and Moses…….

Honestly you think that the Bible is the uncorrupted book??

Even the greatest scholars of Christianity that the Bible is a “little” corrupted!!!

"And the chief priests and all the council sought for witness against Jesus to put him to death; and found none. For many bare false witness against him, but their witness agreed not together. And there arose certain, and bare false witness against him, saying, We heard him say, I will destroy this temple that is made with hands, and within three days I will build another made without hands. But neither so did their witness agree together.  (Mark 14:56-59)"

Christian scholars have known, recognized, and documented the many and varied contradictions to be found in the Bible for centuries now. These contradictions are a direct result of the continuous and unrelenting attempts to correct, fix, and amend the Bible in order to make a given doctrine "clear" to the reader. It is the masses who have been kept in the dark in this regard. There is extensive historical and scriptural evidence to be found in the books of the Bible which support this conclusion.   Some Christian scholars estimate the errors in the Bible to be in the range of 14,800-50,000 or even much more. This is why it has become necessary for the Church to demand "blind faith" from the masses.

So in conclusion, we know that Bible is filled with contradictions, it is corrupted and hence it cannot be a word of God, there might be some verses in the Bible which agrees with the Quran but they are not word of God as the Bible is a whole different book than Injeel,,,,

Q.4:

Muslims is there a sura that says a man must talk softly when having dinner at the prophets house? Was this such an issue in Islam that it needed to be scripture if Muhammad was the last prophet how many people was this scripture written for? Wouldnt a simple note on the prophets door suffice? Is this a corruption of scripture or are you guys still meeting at Muhammad's house for dinner?   This question is located here: http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index;_ylt=AhoNh2anmU_KVFNBRMqQMbXty6IX;_ylv=3?qid=20070207022622AA3dd6v     My Response: I think this guy has lost his mind…… Or he has run out of questions against Islam….. Islam teaches you how to live, how to eat how to sleep , how to talk, how to pray….. We do not has a magic word which says “I believe Jesus Christ died for my sins” and you got to heaven even if you kill, rape and murder which is a common thing in western society… Narrated 'Abdullah bin 'Amr: "The Prophet never used bad language neither a 'Fahish nor a Mutafahish. He used to say 'The best amongst you are those who have the best manners and character.'(Translation of Sahih Bukhari, Virtues and Merits of the Prophet (peace be upon him) and his Companions, Volume 4, Book 56, Number 759)"

Narrated 'Abdullah bin 'Amr: "The Prophet never used bad language neither a "Fahish nor a Mutafahish. He used to say "The best amongst you are those who have the best manners and character."  (Translation of Sahih Bukhari, Virtues and Merits of the Prophet (pbuh) and his Companions, Volume 4, Book 56, Number 759)"

Narrated Masruq: "Abdullah bin 'Amr mentioned Allah's Apostle saying that he was neither a Fahish nor a Mutafahish. Abdullah bin 'Amr added, Allah's Apostle said, 'The best among you are those who have the best manners and character.'  (Translation of Sahih Bukhari, Good Manners and Form (Al-Adab), Volume 8, Book 73, Number 56)"

Narrated Masruq: "We were sitting with 'Abdullah bin 'Amr who was narrating to us (Hadith): He said, "Allah's Apostle was neither a Fahish nor a Mutafahhish, and he used to say, 'The best among you are the best in character (having good manners)."'  (Translation of Sahih Bukhari, Good Manners and Form (Al-Adab), Volume 8, Book 73, Number 61)"

Lets see how your Bible covers these dinner issues………

We read something rather amusing in the Gospel of Mark, chapter 7, verses 1-2:

1 Then came together unto him the Pharisees, and certain of the scribes, which came from Jerusalem2 And when they saw some of his disciples eat bread with defiled, that is to say, with unwashen, hands, they found fault.  3 For the Pharisees, and all the Jews, except they wash their hands oft, eat not, holding the tradition of the elders.

So as you can see, the disciples were eating bread, basically food, without washing their hands! This does make you wonder what else the disciples did in contradiction with basic good healthy hygiene?!

It also makes us wonder why Jesus didn't tell them to wash their hands as well.

Well I guess Christians can use this as an example for them to follow today! Go on, don't wash your hands before you eat, since the disciples didn't, and Jesus didn't tell them to, so why should you?

Q.5: Did the God of Abraham teach about Jinns? Is there scriptures that show this or is Allah the God of Alladin?   This question is located here: http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index;_ylt=Ag9aXorZEgeBDMEHmv7tS.vty6IX;_ylv=3?qid=20070131225515AAjhbLV     My Response: Allah created everything in this universe, Now among these creations Allah also created another race, called the Jinn. Now there are several miss-conceptions about the jinn, the main one is the belief that all jinn's are demons and devils, this is not true, jinn's are just like humans, there are good and bad, and the jinn have the very bad which we call demons and the devil.   Jinns are like the angels in the Bible, they are created from fire, there are good and bad among them, they will go to heaven and hell,   The Bible says that angels are created from fire:

And of the angels he saith, Who maketh his angels spirits, and his ministers a      flame of fire. (Hebrews 1:7)

Who maketh his angels spirits; his ministers a flaming fire: (Psalms 104:4)

Angels have their own food (Psalms 78:25)

Angels are destined for Heaven or Hell (2 Peter 2:4)

And about the second abusing remark he made, we shall see some “things” in the Bible which will make you laugh!!

Revelations 12: 1-9

And there appeared a great wonder in heaven; a woman clothed with the sun, and the moon under her feet, and upon her head a crown of twelve stars: 2 And she being with child cried, travailing in birth, and pained to be delivered. 3 And there appeared another wonder in heaven; and behold a great red dragon, having seven heads and ten horns, and seven crowns upon his heads. 4 And his tail drew the third part of the stars of heaven, and did cast them to the earth: and the dragon stood before the woman which was ready to be delivered, for to devour her child as soon as it was born. 5 And she brought forth a man child, who was to rule all nations with a rod of iron: and her child was caught up unto God, and to his throne. 6 And the woman fled into the wilderness, where she hath a place prepared of God, that they should feed her there a thousand two hundred and threescore days. 7 And there was war in heaven: Michael and his angels fought against the dragon; and the dragon fought and his angels, 8 And prevailed not; neither was their place found any more in heaven. 9 And the great dragon was cast out, that old serpent, called the Devil, and Satan, which deceiveth the whole world: he was cast out into the earth, and his angels were cast out with him.

Is the book of God, or is this some magical book? Quite a lot of interesting points to note, for one, we see a lady who is clothed with the sun, and she has the moon under her feet! How interesting.

It even gets more interesting when we read that there was a war in heaven! A civil war you could say, the angels gone bad versus the angels who still keep their loyalty with God, the bad angels were lead by satan and the dragon. While the good angels were lead by the angel Michael. What an amusing little story wouldn't you say?

Note also, this dragon has seven heads, and ten horns, how interesting. However so, there is one slight problem with this. For one, how did the dragon enter heaven? This raises the question, where is heaven? If the dragon managed to fly around and enter heaven, then this would mean heaven is a physical presence, not some spiritual world. However so, Christians believe heaven is a spiritual place, not a physical area. So therefore, how was a dragon flying around in a spiritual world?

Q.6: Muslims, is the Bible both Guidence and light and corrupt?   Is it revelation you agree with and corrupt?
Is it the Gospel Allah gave to Jesus and the Gospel that was written after the resurrection?
Do you agree with Moses but not the words of moses he worte?
Do you aree wiht Abraham but not the revealtion Abraham received?
Do you agree with Isiaiah but not what he told about the coming Messiah?
Do you agree with Jesus but not what he said?
Is Allah the God of Abraham? but not in agreement with any previous scripture but says he is the author of it and he is in agreement with it?
Do you agree with the words of the prophets but not what they say only what is written in the Qu'ran which can not be the words of these men as they were dead?
Do you believe Abraham was a Muslim when Mulsims did not exist prior to 600?
Why did Allah say to tell the people of the book we agree with the revealtion handed down to you your God is my God?
Didnt Allah know this revelation that he says he agrees with does not nor did it ever agree with him?

He asked too many questions so that when a person does not answer a specific question then he would say that Muslims can’t answer my question!!! "How can you say, 'We are wise, and the law of the LORD is with us'? But, behold, the false pen of the scribes has made it into a lie(From the RSV Bible, Jeremiah 8:8)" Is this the uncorrupted book of God???

"Serious doubts exists as to whether these verses belong to the Gospel of Mark.  They are absent from important early manuscripts and display certain peculiarities of vocabulary, style and theological content that are unlike the rest of Mark.  His Gospel probably ended at 16:8, or its original ending has been lost.  (From the NIV Bible Foot Notes, page 1528)"

"Although the author does not name himself, evidence outside the Scriptures and inferences from the book itself lead to the conclusion that the author was Luke.  (From the NIV Bible Commentary, page 1643)"

"The writer of this letter does not identify himself, but he was obviously well known to the original recipients.  (From the NIV Bible Commentary, page 1856)"

"The letter is difficult to date with precision....(From the NIV Bible Commentary, page 1905)

"It seems safe to conclude that the book, at least in its early form, dates from the beginning of the monarchy. Some think that Samuel may have had a hand in shaping or compiling the materials of the book, but in fact we are unsure who the final author or editor was.  (From the NIV Bible Commentary, page 286)"

"Although, according to tradition, Samuel wrote the book, authorship is actually uncertain.  (From the NIV Bible Commentary, page 322)"

"The date of the composition is also unknown, but it was undoubtedly during the monarchy.  (From the NIV Bible Commentary, page 322)"

"The author is unknown. Jewish tradition points to Samuel, but it is unlikely that he is the author because the mention of David (4:17,22) implies a later date.  (From the NIV Bible Commentary, page 360)"

"Who the author was cannot be known with certainty since the book itself gives no indication of his identity.  (From the NIV Bible Commentary, page 368)"

"There is little conclusive evidence as to the identity of the author of 1,2 Kings.  (From the NIV Bible Commentary, page 459)"

"Whoever the author was, it is clear that he was familiar with the book of Deuteronomy.  (From the NIV Bible Commentary, page 459)"

"According to ancient Jewish tradition, Ezra wrote Chronicles, Ezra and Nehemiah (see Introduction to Ezra: Literary Form and Authorship), but this cannot be established with certainty.  (From the NIV Bible Commentary, page 569)"

"Although we do not know who wrote the book of Esther, from internal evidence it is possible to make some inferences about the author and the date of composition.  (From the NIV Bible Commentary, page 707)"

"The unknown author probably had access to oral and/or written sources....(From the NIV Bible commentary, page 722)"

"Regarding authorship, opinions are even more divided....(From the NIV Bible Commentary, page 773)"

The fact that the Christians and Jews started praising another book as the word of God is the reason of these unknown authorships………

Bible is corrupt…..

Torah and Injeel were guidance to their people…..

Case Closed!!!!

Q.7:

Muslims Was Allah wrong when he said he handed the Gospel to Jesus? The Gospel we have was written after Jesus....Why didn't All knowing Allah know this when he called it Guidence and Light?

The Gospel as scripture was written after the resurrection....Allah calims ot be the God of Abraham making him the God we Chrisitans pray to which seems a little impossible that he wouldn't know that the Gospel was written after Christ....hmmm

My Response:

I think you have again misunderstood the Bible with Injeel……

The Injeel was revealed TO Jesus Christ In his life time,

Not by some crazy authors including Paul who thought that Jesus Christ was God……..

"Know they not Allah Knoweth what they conceal and what they reveal? And there are among them illiterates, who know not the Book [the Bible], but (see therein their own) desires, and they do nothing but conjecture. Then woe to those who write the Book [the Bible] with their own hands, and then say: 'This is from Allah,' To traffic with it for a miserable price! Woe to them for what their hands do write, and for the gain they make thereby. (The Noble Quran, 2:77-79)"

1- Is all of the Bible GOD's Divine Revelations?
2- Did the Prophets of GOD really write the Bible of today?
3- Is the Bible perfect?
4- Did man indeed corrupt the Bible?
5- Is the Bible of today reliable?

Again, you be the Judge……….

Q.8:

Muslims, Please tell me you are not buying this Gospel of Barnabas? Is their anything cheesier and more fake it is comical....C'mon...Jesus had a Gospel explaining he is not the Mesiah and he is unfit to tie Muhammads shoe laces hahahaa???? People please tell me your not buying this...How many prophets are sent to say they are not God?     This question is located here: http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index;_ylt=ApUyEZrQEb83MdMdtLjRkejty6IX;_ylv=3?qid=20070130050547AA3ifI1   My Response: We know why you reject Barnabas ……. It is because it teaches that God is one, Muhammad (pbuh) is the coming Prophet….. If that’s why…. Then you should reject all 4 Gospels!!     1. God is One and not three

"Hear, O Israel; The Lord our God is one Lord."
[The Bible, Mark 12:29]

"Hear, O Israel: The Lord our God is one Lord"
[The Bible, Deuteronomy 6:4]

"I, even I, am the Lord; and beside me there is no saviour."
[The Bible, Isaiah 43:11]

"
I am Lord, and there is none else, there is no God besides me."
[The Bible, Isaiah 45:5]

"
I am God, and there is none else; I am God, and there is none like me."
[The Bible, Isaiah 46:9]

Here is what Jesus says, he denies being God:

"My Father is greater than I."
[John
14:28]

"
My Father is greater than all."
[John
10:29]

"…
I cast out devils by the Spirit of God…."
[Mathew
12:28]

"…
I with the finger of God cast out devils…."
[Luke
11:20]

"
I can of mine own self do nothing: as I hear, I judge: and my judgement is just; because I seek not my own will, but the will of the Father which hath sent me."
[John 5:30]

"Jesus answered them and said, "My doctrine is not Mine, but His
who sent Me
."

[John 7:16]

"He who does not love Me does not keep My words; and the word
which you hear is not Mine but the Father's who sent Me
."

[John 14:24]

"For I have not spoken on My own authority; but the Father who
sent Me gave Me a command, what I should say and what I should speak
."

[John 12:49]

"And the Father himself, which hath sent me, hath borne witness of
me. Ye have neither heard his voice at any time, nor seen his shape.

[John 5:37]

Note: Father does not mean a literal father but here refers to God as the Bible says, “Blessed are the peacemakers for they will be called sons of God”.

Son of God is a figure of speech which many other Prophets were labeled with.

In Psalms 2:7 David is the begotten Son of God.

Jacob is God's firstborn son (Exodus 4:22)
Solomon is God's son (2 Samuel
7:13-14)
Ephraim is God's firstborn son (Jeremiah 31:9) [how many firstborns?]
Adam is the son of God (Luke
3:38)

There are many other begotten sons mentioned in the Bible.

God is One and the Gospel of Barnabas states this fact.

2. Prophet Muhammad (s) is the last Prophet of God

John 14:16 "And I will pray the Father, and he shall give you another Comforter, that he may abide with you for ever"

John 15:26 "But when the Comforter is come, whom I will send unto you from the Father, [even] the Spirit of truth, which proceedeth from the Father, he shall testify of me"

John 16:7-14 "Nevertheless I tell you the truth; It is expedient for you that I go away: for if I go not away, the Comforter will not come unto you; but if I depart, I will send him unto you. And when he is come, he will reprove the world of sin, and of righteousness, and of judgment: Of sin, because they believe not on me; Of righteousness, because I go to my Father, and ye see me no more; Of judgment, because the prince of this world is judged. I have yet many things to say unto you, but ye cannot bear them now. Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth: for he shall not speak of himself; but whatsoever he shall hear, [that] shall he speak: and he will shew you things to come. He shall glorify me: for he shall receive of mine, and shall shew [it] unto you."

Q.8:

Do Muslims agree with the prophesy of Isaiah? Issiah7:14 Therefore the Lord himself shall give you a sign; Behold, a virgin shall conceive, and bear a son, and shall call his name Immanuel.
Mat:21-23 21 And she shall bring forth a son, and thou shalt call his name JESUS: for he shall save his people from their sins.
22 Now all this was done, that it might be fulfilled which was spoken of the Lord by the prophet, saying,
23 Behold, a virgin shall be with child, and shall bring forth a son, and they shall call his name Emmanuel, which being interpreted is, God with us.
This is important for us because Hebrew is the key to becoming more authentically Biblical. In Hebrew, the phrase,"and she shall call his name Jesus, for He will save His people from their sins," is actually a play on words. "…and she shall call His name Yeshua for He will yoshea His people…(Matt.1:21). Both are derived from the root "yesha", to save. So Yeshua means savior, the implications of which are astounding.

My Response:

Christians use this verse to support their belief of Jesus being God and Mary being a virgin when Jesus was born.

When we look at this verse closely and in some detail, we find something else.

Therefore the Lord Himself will give you a sign: Behold, a virgin will be with child and bear a son, and she will call His name Immanuel.

Isaiah 7:14

Note: Immanuel is translated as God is with us.

At first sight, it does appear that this verse prophecies about Mary, mother of Jesus, and since it does so, Immanuel (God is with us) may appear to be Jesus.

This is not correct!

This is a good translation trick used by the Christians.

Here is how the Jews translate this verse;

Therefore the L-rd Himself will give you a sign: Behold, the young woman is with child, and she shall bear a son, and you [or, she] shall call his name Immanuel.

Isaiah 7:14

Nowhere is the young woman called a virgin.

Besides, Jesus was never called Immanuel by anyone, anywhere in the entire Bible. Also, Jesus of the Bible shouts out loud on the cross, “ My God! My God why have you forsaken me?”

God was not with that man in need.

Prophet Muhammad’s father died two months before he was born and his mother took care of him.

The young woman being described here is the mother of Prophet Muhammad (s). The verse says that either she or the people will call him Immanuel. The name of our beloved Prophet was named by his grandfather. We don’t know whether his mother named him something else.

A question then arises, who is Immanuel?

Let’s take a look at this verse from the Qur’an;

If you fail to support him (the messenger), GOD has already supported him. Thus, when the disbelievers chased him, and he was one of two in the cave, he said to his friend, "Do not worry; GOD is with us." GOD then sent down contentment and security upon him, and supported him with invisible soldiers. He made the word of the disbelievers lowly. GOD's word reigns supreme. GOD is Almighty, Most Wise.

(Qur’an 9:40)

We do find these words “God is with us” in the Quran but nowhere in the Bible.

Q.9:

Muslisms, Is all you truly have is Muahmmeds word? A prophet can bear record of himself. the Qu'ran reveals Muhammed Muahammed reveals the Qu'ran...We are not sure if Jesus is the Christ or Messiah...he can only be confirmed by the Qu'ran 600 years after the fact. We do not know if the Quran call all previous scriptue devine revelation or corrupt? All we really know is Jesus is not God because Muahhmed said so and there is no tritnity becuase Muhammed said so. and all previous scriputre and prophets words are corrupt and cant be trusted because Muhmmed said so///thier in effect is no word of God prior ot Muahmmed and there will be no word of God after Muhammed...therefore Muahmmed speaks for God and all the prophets now and forever....Is this the whole of the Muslim religion?   This question is located here: http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index;_ylt=Alyv3.e4MtpNJ6iEFgG5_GLty6IX;_ylv=3?qid=20070117042127AA2cMMH   My Response: We have the word of God….. There is not a single verse In the Bible where Jesus himself said “Iam God” or “Worship me because I am the creator of the universe”…. I challenge anyone to produce a single verse from the Bible… The old Testament is clear regarding the oneness of God a.       "I, even I, am the Lord; and beside me there is no saviour."
[The Bible, Isaiah 43:11]

b.     "I am Lord, and there is none else, there is no God besides me."
[The Bible, Isaiah 45:5]

c.      "I am God, and there is none else; I am God, and there is none like me."
[The Bible, Isaiah 46:9]
